Plugin BoutiqueのScalerの新バージョンである「Scaler 2」が登場しています。
Plugin Boutiqueはプラグインや音源の販売サイトと認識していましたが、このScalerはPlugin Boutiqueから出ているので自社で開発しているのかどこかと共同開発しているのか、詳細は私にもわかりません。
バージョン2では主に以下の機能が実装されているようです。

Chord editing and moving tools include lasso, drag n drop, replace and insert
